The major cause of wrinkles or thin line below your eyes is because of aging. But when the aging is earlier, when these wrinkles appear earlier, then that is a cause of concern. So simple thing, mash avocado and just apply around your eyes. Or you may apply it on the whole face. And then keep it for 20 minutes and wash it out with cold water.

Olive Oil Massage

Olive oil is one of the gentlest home remedy to treat these wrinkles. It is rich in vitamin E and also antioxidants. Take little olive oil in your finger, rub around your eyes, below your eyes, massage it a bit. Keep it for 10-20 minutes and then wash it out. And then pat dry it. Third, coconut oil and turmeric. Coconut oil is rich in varieties of vitamins which helps in maintaining your skin health.

And turmeric is really antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal which is really helpful for skin health. So this combination is wonderful. Take little coconut oil, put a pinch of turmeric inside, mix it and apply it below your eyes. Rub it for some time and leave it for 20 minutes and wash it. Fourth, argan oil. Argan oil has an anti-aging effect. And so take little argan oil and apply below the eyes, around the wrinkle or sometimes even close your eyes and apply it on the eyelashes. This overall effect will be beautiful. Apply it for some time, keep it and then wash it out. Second point, dietary remedies. Consume fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin E and C.  Sunflower seeds, sunflower oil and almonds are excellent source of vitamin E. For vitamin C, consume oranges, sweet lime and lemon.

Exercise to Tighten your Facial Muscles

Take mouth full of water, keep it in your mouth, rotate it from both the sides in the mouth. Splash little water in your eyes, keep it for some time and drink the water and wipe the face. When you are filling water in your mouth, your entire facial muscles are stretched. And in that case when you splash water, it really relaxes your entire eye muscles and gives a very soothing effect, very refreshing effect. And in such effect, wrinkles are reduced automatically. So do this regularly twice in a day.

There are sets of muscles which are holding our eyeballs. They need to be exercised and they need to be relaxed. Once they are relaxed, wrinkles naturally would not come. So try and do these eye exercises regularly. It should be part of your routine either in the morning or in the evening. Do them and do one thing more. Close your eyes when you are not using your eyes to relax your eye muscles.

Another technique is facial massage which is called as kapal randhati. Where you are rubbing your forehead and relaxing. Where you are moving your hand around your cheeks and relaxing the areas around your eyes and around even your ear. So this is how your whole facial muscles are attended, given warmth, given energy, exercised and relaxed. And that helps in reducing the wrinkles. And there are certain asanas which would also work wonders. Because they supply good amount of blood on the facial region. And naturally it would help to tighten the facial muscles. Asanas like sarvangasana, astapadasana, dhanurvakrasana are excellent for face. 

Some Do’s and Don’ts

Do not stare your eyes by staring on computer and mobile for a longer period of time. Do sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours. Quit smoking. Minimize your exposure to strong sun. And lastly, do not take too much stress.

Steam Inhalation

Where you are boiling water in a pot, bring it on the table, cooling it a bit. Keeping your face over it, maybe covering your head. And letting steam to touch your skin for some time.
