Girls start having polycystic ovaries. Girls start having lots of bleeding in that period. Very continuously suffering from either cold or cough, running nose, hair fall.

You see, kids need you. You can earn little less money, no problem. You should spend some time together. Go out, go for hiking, go for paragliding, go for water sports. If you can’t go out so easily, come and play carrom in the house, thinking of eating junk food. Child wants something and so you cater to junk food. Why punish your body when your mind is disturbed? Usually, people start blaming somebody else for the problems they face. I should be responsible for that situation. Come on, enjoy yoga asanas together. Help each other out to do asanas little better. For pranayama, light a candle, put in front, blow off the candle forcibly. Again light a candle, increase the distance and blow off the candle. So such activity is very interesting.
One more very interesting game whole family can play together is fill a glass up to brim with water and start walking in the room, seeing that not a single drop falls down.
