Start talking. Start taking interest in other things in life. We need to talk to people. You should find some family members who is very caring and considerate. You should talk to him. You should find some friends, some wise people to talk to. And if you don’t find any of these things, come on, go on computer, mobile. Try and see that you converse it. This conversation, give and take thoughts really help to handle your own clustered thoughts.

I remember one girl who used to just dial and start talking. And when we asked to whom you are talking, he said wrong number. But she was conversating. So, somewhere this becomes a joke. But somewhere we should try and talk to people. Talking is the best therapy to change your mood.

Move Out

Just see that you just come out of your small house. Look up at the sky and you realize such a vastness of nature, such a massiveness of nature. And then you realize that your thoughts are very narrow, very insignificant. Such a huge world is there with you to help you, to make you feel happy and comfortable. And you are living in a small little room. 

Move Your Body

Do some activities. Basically, asanas are the best way to see that every part of your body is being attended, exercised. Very important to overcome depression. This yoga asanas, when done, it releases happy hormones called serotonin, which helps to alter your mood. And it really helps to manage life very well. So now there are certain asanas which you should do to immediately bring attention to your body.

And these asanas are balancing asanas, like ekapadasana, like talasana. Other type of asanas are more dynamic asanas, like dhanurvakrasana. It increases your energy. Like adho mukha shvanasana, like dhujangasana. Lots of energy and lots of positivity. These dynamic asanas help you to open up your lungs, oxygenate your system, and help you to bring lots of energy, lots of cheer and enthusiasm in your life.

Depression is an illness. If not attended at its initial state, it can lead to multiple disorders. Don’t let depression affect your interpersonal relationship, your duty, and health. The world is beautiful, and we have a choice to see it. The famous saying goes that beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder. So follow these three tips. Make a conversation. Move out.
