Do you know how much food is important to bring happy mood? But be careful about food. See that you don’t eat high carbs and too much sugar. Rather, what would really help you to release those happy hormones would be, Number 1, cheese. Number 2, fruits and that too, pineapple, berries and such fruits. Number 3, seeds, red seeds and such seeds and nuts. These are the things you should eat. It releases oxytocin hormone.
Do Pranayama.

Do some asanas
Basically, forward bending asanas. To relax the head. Give more oxygen to your head. We need forward bending asanas. So sit in Sukhasana. Hold your hands behind. Breathe in. Stretch your shoulders back. Breathe out. Bend forward. Inhale normally. Stay for some time in a relaxed way. Then while breathing in, come back to your original position. And relax. This is Yoga Mudra. Second asana would be Chakrasana. Stand straight. Keep your both legs away. About two feet distance. Now inhale. Raise your arms right from front. Up. And take it back. Bend back. As much as you can. Easily.
Then while bending forward. You breathe out. Exhale. Exhale. Breathe out. Go down. As much as you can go down. If you could touch your hand to the ground. Rotate your arms from behind. Hold your hands. Interlace your fingers. And bring it forward. Now this really helps in increasing circulation. Relaxing shoulders and neck. And then rotate your arms again. Bring them up along with your head. Come straight. And then rotate your arms again. To come back to your normal position.
